Refunds and Returns Policy

At Harmony Through Reiki, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our Reiki Course, Treatments, and Meditation services. We understand that occasionally circumstances may require a return or refund. This policy outlines the process, conditions, and timeframes for returns and refunds.

Reiki Course, Treatments, and Meditation

1. Returns:

   • Courses: 

   • We are teaching in-person courses. If a course is cancelled, please know that we will do our best to teach that class online if necessary or at a later date. Harmony Through Reiki currently has a strict no refund policy. If any of the courses are cancelled they will be moved to a new date, which means the money paid for the course will also be moved to the new date.

   • We do not accept responsibility for changes in students’ personal circumstances and reserve the right to alter/cancel any of the available courses. If there is reasonable cause, students may move their courses forward to a new date after booking and paying for a course. Harmony Through Reiki must be notified of this 24 hours prior to a course or the student’s course payment will be forfeited.

   • Refunds for any course including Online Courses are not available.

   • Treatments and Meditation: If you're unsatisfied with your booked Treatment or Meditation session, please contact us within 24 hours of the session for consideration.

2. Refunds:

   • Courses: Refunds for any course including Online Courses are not available.

   • Treatments and Meditation: Refunds for Treatments or Meditation sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis if reported within 24 hours of the session. Refunds may be subject to a cancellation fee or partial deduction based on the circumstances.

3. Initiating Returns or Refunds:

   • For Treatment or Meditation session concerns, please contact us via email at harmonythroughreiki@gmail.com within 24 hours of the session to discuss your issue.

   • We may request additional information or documentation to process your return or refund request effectively.

4. Fees and Costs:

   • Returns and refunds for Treatments or Meditation sessions may incur a cancellation fee or partial deduction based on the situation. We will communicate any applicable fees transparently.

5. Product Requirements:

   • Treatments or Meditation session refunds will be considered if the session didn't meet your expectations or if there were extenuating circumstances. For Courses, refunds are not applicable once the course material has been accessed or downloaded.
